The past few months
The holidays just flew by this year. In January Katie and Kyle came home for their baby showers. It was so good to see her and her little belly. The showers were a big success. Eric and I went to Las Vegas for a long weekend. We had a great time. We visited my cousin Cari and stayed with her. We were out there during the Monte Carlo Hotel fire. We actually stayed across the street from it the night before. It was kind of crazy. We called home and when my mom turned on the news Kaylee got a little worried but we talked to her and I think she felt better. Eric and I both loved the mild temps since it was negative zero back home. I think the highlight for me was going to the Flamingo casino and shopping. Eric and I both really liked Fremont Street better than the strip. Prices were a lot better on there. The girls had a great time with their grandmas all weekend long. Eric has been really busy at work and is still battling with his back since Christmas. I have been busy with daycare and the girls are keeping us busy with their activities also. Kaylee is loving dance and Mya is going to be starting gymnastics in March. Her PT teacher and I talked about getting her involved in something that would help work the muscles that we need to concentrate on. February has been a busy month also. I just lost a daycare family so I am on the search for another family to replace them. Preschools are quite busy and full in St. Peter and this family was having a hard time getting their child in one so they are making the move to a new daycare center that just opened in town. I placed an add in the local paper and hopefully I can get a few calls. We are all waiting for winter to get over and spring to come we have been cooped up too long. That’s it for now a little recap from the last few months.
