Almost Christmas
Things have been very busy here at the Moreau house. Eric has been working hard as usual and I have been watching the boys and doing a lot of shopping. I think I am just about done with Christmas presents. I am going to try to finish up tomorrow. I am still working at Old Navy and am working a couple days a week. It is nice to get out once in a while and have some adult time. Things have been going really good here. Mya is getting soo big she is eating baby food and is really starting to gum on things. She loves these cookies called bitter biscuits from Gerber. Kaylee is such a big girl and a princess. I think she really believes that she is a princess. I am getting really excited for Christmas this year. For some reason I am feeling a lot more relaxed this year. Other years I have felt so tensed about doing last minute shopping and arrangements but this year I am really ahead of the game and all the dates are set for Christmas. I guess since I am not really working much I have more time to plan and get a few more things done. I even have my Christmas cards going out tomorrow. Our cards from last year were address but never made it out I actually just threw them away a few months ago. Well I guess that is about it for now time to make sure everyone is sleeping. I have posted a few pictures of the girls below. Angie

Future Cosmetologist
Kaylee is practicing to become a cosmetologist. She was in the bathroom putting bows in her "My Little Pony" hair and coming out and showing us it was so cute. Then she came out and show us how she gave her pony a hair cut. That is right she found the scissors that I use to cut her bangs and cut all the hair and tail off of her pony. She was so proud of herself. We had to sit down and have a good talk about not cutting our pony's hair and that mommy is the only one to cut hair. Friday Eric and I went to Olive garden which was a long wait but we had a great time. The girls were at my mom's house. Saturday I went to a baby shower and then to work. We stuck around Saturday night to get a few things done. Sunday Eric worked on the house and the girls and I went to a Discovery toys party. Sunday night we had a pie and ice cream social for all the new members at our church. Then we were off to the grocery store. We got home and went to bed it was a long day for everyone. Monday night we had gymnastics and we sign Kaylee up for another session. She is having so much fun at it. I think this will be our last session and then I will try to get her into dance. We will be having swimming lessons in the spring. Today Kaylee has a field trip at school. Mya and I went out this morning and voted. Today I go in to see the Neurololigist and then have to work at 5pm. Tomorrow Eric has pool league and Thursday Eric's sister is coming up with the girls so a busy weekend with them. I have to work on Saturday but only for a few hours. I will check in later. Angie

Long night!!
Yesterday morning was a very productive day for me. I cleaned the basement and the basement bathroom and got everything ready for Eric's friend Steve from Chicago to come and stay with us. I worked my butt off and Mary came over to help which was very appreciated. After Mary left I finished up a few things and started to get a headache so I took some Tylenol. About 45 minutes later my little headache turned into a full Blown migraine. I have not had a migraine since I was pregnant with Mya. I then doubled up on Excedrine migraine and laid down. Thankfully the girls were both sleeping. I had to stay home from work. I call my neurologist today and have an appointment on Tuesday. The last I saw him was when I was pregnant and he really could not give me any of the migraine medicines since I was pregnant. So hopefully we will find something now that will help. Today is going to be a lounging day since after a migraine I am so wore out and tired. Movies and popcorn here. Tonight we were going to go to my mom's to see my step brother and his family but they won't be there till late so maybe tomorrow morning once I get more energy we will see them off. That is it for now. Angie

Happy Halloween!!
WOW, what a night. Kaylee had so much fun at school yesterday. Her class dressed up in their costumes and went from class to class showing the other kids thier costumes. The whole family went out to the neighbors tick and treating. We then went to Mary and Dewey's house to finish off the night. The girls had such a great time. Tonight Eric has pool league. We might have a babysitter so that I can go watch. This would be our first babysitter other than grandparents or family. We will still be in town so I am feeling more comfortable with it. Thursday night I have to work. Friday night We are planning on going to my mom's house to hang out with my step brother and his family before they leave for Florida. We will miss them. Saturday I have a baby shower for a friend and I have to work. Sunday we are planning on going to the new disciples ice cream and pie social at our church if I don't have to work. Our schuedles at work come out on Thursday for that Sunday so it is hard to plan anything for the weekend. I am sure I will get use to it. Eric is hoping to get a few things done in the basement hopefully the girls won't give him too much trouble. Well that is what is going on here at the Moreau's house. Angie

Busy weekend
It has been a busy week and weekend. The girls and I went to watch Eric on pool league Wednesday night and had dinner. It was great to see the rest of the crew. Thursday night I went to my official first day of work and had a really good time. The people are great and it is fun to be there. The time goes by so fast. Friday night Eric's friend Greg came down and we had a bomb fire and a few beers. It was a little cold but we survived. Saturday I went to work all day and could not believe that I was there for 7 hours the time just flew by. Eric was home with the kids trying to get a few things done in the basement. Mary came and got the girls for a little bit so Eric could get a few things done with no kids. Saturday night we had a Halloween party at the neighbors house with the girls and had a fun time. They even had a little hay ride for the kids behind a 4 wheeler. Kaylee had so much fun playing with the other kids. She cried when we had to leave. Sunday Eric painted the spare bedroom again and did some touch up mudding of some holes. I made curtains for the basement, muded some holes upstairs from some curtains and re-hung my curtain rods so they are more secure. We have been really busy the girls have been great. I will post new pictures soon.

I have started my new job at Old navy and had a really fun first day of training. My first day along will be tomorrow night and I am really looking forward to it. I can't wait to see all the new things that come in. Right now I am getting a few days a weeks but I am thinking that it will pick up for the the holidays ( since I am a seasonal employee for right now). We had my step brothers going away party last Saturday and had a great time. He is moving back to Florida. Sad to see him and his family go but also know that it will be better for them. We had a few issues with the basement project but I think we are on the home stretch. All that is left is baseboard trim, touch up paint, and then getting everything put away. Eric is already planning a superbowl party and I am planning Thanksgiving here with Eric's family so We have a few weeks to finish. Mya is getting so big. We are doing pretty good with baby food and I have stopped nursing. I was having trouble getting enough for her so we decided to stop. She is doing just fine on formula. Kaylee has been busy with school and gymnastics. I am still babysitting the boys a couple times a week and love having them here. It is so nice to have a playmate for Kaylee and keeps my day busy. Eric will be getting busy at work with a few projects coming up. That is about it for now.

The last few weeks
WOW, it has been a busy few weeks. Kaylee had so much fun going to the Eagle Lake Fire Dept. open house. She even got to ride on a fire truck. We are still busy working on the basement. We had a little leak in one of the pipes that has set us back a bit but now we are back on track. My sister came home for my grandma's 85th birthday party the first weekend in Oct. we had a great time and it was awesome to see Katie again. The girls enjoyed see her. This past weekend we had a wedding. Kaylee and dad danced the night away. Kaylee is like the energizer bunny when it comes to dancing. Sunday we went up to my dad's and carved pumpkins fun was had by all. Kaylee started her second session of gymnastics. It is going great she is really learning about taking direction and being patient. I got the job at old navy and will be starting on the 22nd. I am looking forward to bringing in a little christmas money. Eric is busy working and will be starting pool league soon. Well that is about it for now.

Fun Saturday

Wow what a busy week. Mary and I spent all day Monday and Tuesday staining and putting poly on the doors for the basement. Eric will be working on the basement all this week. We are hoping to finish. Keep your fingers crossed that we can get it done. Wednesday night Eric had softball, one more week and it will be done then Pool league starts. Kaylee has been having so much fun at school and it has been great to spend a little alone time with Mya. Thursday Kaylee got dropped off from school at Mary's house since I went over for a job interview at Old Navy. I am looking at trying to find a part time job just to see adults and get out of the house a little bit. I have a second interview on Thursday. Friday night we went over to friends house Chad and Kristie, they have a little girl 2 1/2 and a little boy 5 1/2 months. It is nice to have the kids around the same age. Eric decided he wanted to try duck hunting so the boys got him all set up. Eric was off Saturday morning at 4:15 am too early for me to even notice. He got a duck on his first try but still is trying how to hold the gun tight. He has a few bruises from the gun back kicking on him. After he got back the we all went up to Emma Krumbees to ride the ponies and see the scarecrow. We had so much fun. Then we raced back to Eric's end of the season softball party. We got back early so that Eric could get some sleep before going duck hunting again. Eric is off and the girls and I are just getting ready to go to the Eagle lake fire dept open house. Kaylee is so excited to see Uncle Clete and his fire truck. That is it for now. Angie

Another Week
It is the beginning of another week at the Moreau house. We had a fun filled weekend. Thursday Kaylee had school and had a great time. She brought home a lovely painting for me and an apple picture she made. She did great getting on and off the bus. Saturday night Eric and I went out with our friends Dawn and Levi. We had a great time out with the adults, we were suppose to go to the races in Elko but it got rained out so we ended up going bowling which was so much fun. The girls stayed with grandma MaryKay and grandpa Len. I think they had a good time but I know my parents were wore out the next day. Especially since Kaylee decided to give them a jump start on the day at 5am. Eric worked on getting the garage cleaned out and the toilet set in the bathroom downstairs. So yes we have a 2 working toilets in this house now and boy did we need it. Even if we don't have a door on it yet. Of course we also needed to take a time out to watch the Vikings and Lions lose. Better luck next week. Today Mary and I stained the trim and doors for the basement and tomorrow we will work on get the first coat of poly on. Kaylee had gymnastics tonight and the whole family went. After gymnastics I met up with Tracy and Molly(Cousins) at Buffalo Wild Wings and had little girls night. Now just getting home I am getting my boys (Eric and Cooper(the dog)) to bed. My girls are both sound asleep. Off to bed we go for another fun filled day and week. Good night Angie

Happy Wednesday!!
Hello, We have had a busy week. Mya has been smiling and laughing for the past couple of weeks now. She is almost ready to roll over. She is getting so big so fast. Kaylee had school last Thursday and rode the bus home for the 1st time. She thought it was really fun. Good thing cause she will be riding the bus from now on. Thursday We spent the day over at Mary and Dewey's setting up for our garage sale. They have a great corner lot and a lot of traffic. Friday we spent the day doing the finishing touches on the set up and opened the sale at 2pm. We had a pretty good turn out and it was a great day for it. Friday night I went over to Mankato to listen to a group called Jackob Freely. It is 2 brothers playing the guitar and a friend playing a bongo drum. It was a lot of fun. Saturday morning came early and off to Mary's again to open the garage sale. We opened at 9am and ended about 2pm. Saturday was a gloomy day with wind and sprinkles on and off. Saturday night Eric, Mya and I went to Eric's friend Greg's house for a BBQ. Kaylee stayed with Mary and Dewey. We had fun and got to see his new dog that he adopted (Gipsy). She came from "Katrina" and was found on a roof . They think she was stranded for a week. When they rescued her she was 30 pounds and now weighs over 50. She is agreat dog and wonderful around people. We think she is famous because she looks like the same dog that was in all those pictures that showed a dog straned on a roof. Sunday was a lazy day watching football and getting ready for the week. Monday was our second day for gymnastics and of course we cryed again that we had to leave. Tuesday was an early morning for school and we got to ride the school bus. Kaylee got on great and had no problems. I left with Mya trying to get a few errans done before 11. We all made it home and relaxed for the afternoon. Mary and I went to Let's Dish for there open house in Mankato last night and had a great time. Then shopping at Walmart. I noticed once we pulled out Kaylee's jeans that she grew a couple of inches over the summer. So we needed to get new jeans for her. I can't believe how fast kids grow!! Today I watch our friends Dawn and Levi(who lost their house in the Tornado)kids, Jace who is 2 months and Gavin who is 18 months. Busy house today! Eric is gone tonight for softball and tomorrow is another school day for Kaylee. I will post more often so it is not so lengthy. Have a good rest of the week. Angie

Kaylee's 1st day of School!!Today was Kaylee's 1st day of school. Eric, Mya and I took her to her 1st day. She was a little scared once we got there but then seemed to warm up after we left. I on the other hand think had a harder time to see my baby go off to school. Mya and I had her 4 month check up today and she is 12 lbs 9oz and 23 inches tall. She got 3 shots but is doing great. Needless to say it was a rough day for mom (me). I picked Kaylee up from school and she was so excited. She couldn't even remember everything that she did. She did manage to tell me that she played with the train set with her friend Madison. Hopefully I will meet her on Thursday. She didn't want to leave so I think that is a good thing that she had fun. After a busy morning we were able to take a nap and relax until daddy got home and cooked us dinner. A little TV and baths and off to bed we go. Angie
